Lake Area Appliance made about six or seven trips to my house to repair a vent hood on my kitchen range. They always ""had to order a part"" or ""needed to call the manufacturer"". Then they lied and told American Home Shield that I or someone I knew messed with the control panel, so they were turning the job back to AHS unfinished. And AHS tried to charge me the $60! I don't think so.
