I booked the The Photography Shoppe through a Bridal Show in New Orleans. I ordered the biggest photography package and added the video. I had one payment left on when it came time to take engagement pics. I called and left messages for three weeks and never got a date or returned calls. My fiance finally took charge and got us a date for pics. The session went great we loved the photographer and the pics. I tried to order my guest book (which was part of my package and never got a straight answer). I realized I couldn't trust this company with the most important day of my life and cancelled them in Oct 2010. I have still not recieved my refund (less the deposit). This is an unethical company who doesn't provide customer service.
