I was a MJB client in a bankruptcy case. But then a class action lawsuit, loosely related to the bankruptcy side of things was filed. And instead of continuing to work on his clients behalf MJB hitched his horse to the class action and let those greedy scum do all the work. Instead of pursuing a favorable outcome for his clients, he folded and let the class action take effect. At one point during the bankruptcy proceedings, when it became clear were funds available for recovery for his clients, he refused to put in any effort what so ever to help out. He even put the burden of filing an objection on behalf of his clients on to the clients themselves. I even directly asked him about this, I asked him, as a paying client, to file SOMETHING on my behalf. He flatly refused. He did this becasue he already had received payment for his ""services"" and pursuing the bankruptcy case any farther for the benefit of his paying clients would have been to hard for him and taken time away from his marathon running hobby. Do not use MJB services for anything, unless you want a lazy lawyer who will quit at the first sign of a quick conclusion.
