I made an appointment for my first consultation on a Tuesday night. (I was told the weekends are horrible) I walked in the first night, gave them my name and was introduced to my consultant. I brought print outs of about 11 dresses I wanted to try on. I handed them to my consultant who showed me to a dressing room and then she began pulling dresses. She literally had all of them pulled within moments...I was very impresses. She was very personal and nice during the entire visit and was very patient with me as I tried them all on.
