My boyfriend and I had only gone to the laptop guy based on me wanting to support a local business, and I figured their laptops/netbooks would be less expensive than the department store, and come glitch-free. Yes, they were marginally less expensive for their netbooks, BUT what we found is that their employee professionalism is MUCH less than going to a big box store.
