Sears has the worst customer service, but everybody knows that. I had to send my snow blower for repairs, actually a small plastic bracket, probably made in China, broke and needed replacement. The service truck comes every Wednesday for pickup and delivery, so I knew my snow blower would be gone for more than a week since I dropped it off on a Saturday.
