I was a first-time client at Moxie a few weeks ago as my stylist at another salon was out of town. A lovely gal named cut and colored my hair. The color in my roots wound up pretty red and when I got home and checked the cut, it was way off. There were really long pieces where it should have been short. I'm not a stylist but I knew something was really not right. I didn't want to go back to that particular stylist for obvious reasons and she was such a sweet gal, I didn't want to embarrass her by having another stylist re-cut my hair in front of her so I called the Moxie receptionist to see if I could go over to Samuel Cole, their sister salon. She quickly arranged for me to go to SC where a fantastic stylist recognized the errors (with utmost professionalism) and did a dry cut (to perfection) as well as a glaze to tone down the red.
I have to say, SC won me over and the salon is divine, divine, divine! I'm really happy and look forward to being a regular client.
