I am not a review writer but I need too pass this along too anyone considering using this practice. The doctors are top notch and wonderful BUT and I do not use the word lightly unless you have insurance that they care too take by the practice they will not see you, know you or treat you. If you have insurance and change and they don't take it or no longer take it then they discard you like a piece of junk on the curb. The office manager ""D"" runs the office and is one of the most rudest people I have ever encountered. She is rude and discards patients even the youngest ones as she did my child who is disabled They pick and choose what insurance they want too take and if you change insurance and they don't take it, you are out the door and they don't know you. My child is disabled and had too go on the ""access card"" due too the extra services he needs and specialty treatments. He was a patient since he was two. Now being ten since he has the access card the manager gave me and out and out argument and tossed my ten year old out of the practice as she put it ""they no longer accept patients on the access card.
When I suggested they were discriminating she gave me an argument. The reason for the rudness on any part of the office staff directs back too the office manager and SHE NEEDS A LONG VACATION AND A COURSE ON HOW TOO TREAT PEOPLE
