These guys came on with an excellant sales pitch, made claims and promises to get the sale, then delivered mediocre results. I had a call back to get some very visible seams fixed and was assured that the seams would be redone. The installer showed up with a pair of trim scissors and without even making an assessment of the issue first, attempted to trim the carpet to solved the problem. Needless to say I still have the problem. I got a follow-up call from the salesman a few days after the ""trim"" guy showed up and when I told him what was done once again a promise was made that it would be fixed even if a new section of carpet had to be ordered and reinstalled. Well, that was over a month ago with no further follow-up (another broken promise). My conclusion is that these guys value getting paid above making a good reputation for themselves. I will not be using them again and will not recommend them either.
