We were in need a new furnace in a hurry. Had someone from 72 Degrees at my home the same day.Wayne spent a lot of time making sure I was purchasing the system that met our needs and gave us the best bang for the buck. No pressure sales occured. The installers were polite, quick and thorough spending time with me after the installiation to answer my questions. Very pleased with overall experience.
