The school is very academically oriented and intense. The academic preparation in the core subjects is top notch. The school is weak in extracurricular activities. For the amount charged, however, New Avenue School provides outstanding value for the academic training it provides. Plus the school doesn't ask for donations or have fundraising events which is really increased tuition in disguise.
