While the locations that Ramled offers are convenient, the living conditions at times can be a nightmare. As a current resident, I look forward to the end of my lease. Maintenance issues are usually fixed, but half-assed. We currently have poop/pee/toilet paper water running out of a broken vertical stack. The solution from Ramled staff was to tape the hole. Guees what, water and other stuff still coming out. Want to take a hot shower, well better hope no one touches any other source of water in your apartment or any others, otherwise hot shower goes cold, then back to burning hot. I would love to post photos here, will try to figure it out. Staff at the office appears nice on the front, but they could give a damn less. Owner, Delmar Poe, drives a beautiful, clean, shiny Lexus, if only he put that kind of care into his buildings, he would have much happier tenants.
