Our problem started October 20, 2010 with James of Integrity Appliance Repair. We have a service contract on our freezer. They set up an appointment with James to come out and look at a leaky door gasket. I mentioned that I thought the door gasket leaked when James arrived and James said a freezer door gasket never leaks. His attitude changed immediately. Said he would call Amana to see what the problem was and call us back. He never did call back. It is now January 22, 2011. I placed 8 calls during the entervening months to our service contractor. They in turn called James to find out what was going on.
