I used to work with Northview through a group called CARMA (a non-profit rescue) about 5-6 years ago, and back then they were prompt, helpful, and reasonably priced. Now that I bring my own pets, you wait on hold if you call (even if you say you can't wait, they put you on hold), the waiting area is usually jam packed and the ladies up front are rude, impatient, and rarely smile or wish you nice day. The prices have risen so much that someone on my salary just can't afford it, let alone the nearly 30 minute drive that I make just to pick up prescription food.
One of the doctors also refused to help answer questions about a raw diet for my dogs and got very aggravated that I was even considering it, rather than professionally guiding me or even recommending me to someone else if she had issues with it.
I am slowly moving all my pets and records elsewhere.
