I call on business accounts in this area of San Antonio every Tuesday. On several occasions my account customers and I have stopped their for lunch. I don't know whether Tuesdays are at the end of their food inventory day, and they restock on Wednesday, but every time I've eaten there the food taste on the verge of being stale. Last time I ordered the Cielito plate, the shrimp had a mild ammonia flavor ... yuk. On another occasion I had the Tacos yucatan, the sauce was a bit pasty, and flavors were muted. I have had the dish in the past, and I must say with better results. With so many other choices in the area, I'll stick to my favorites for now, or maybe I need to try a Friday or Saturday when the food may be fresher.
