I had a very pleasant time purchasing my R-Design XC60 from Kline Volvo. I worked with a gentleman named Grant who found the needle in the haystack for me. I knew exactly what SUV I wanted and I knew that they were rare and hard to find because I did I national search for this car and I came up empty handed. Grant found the exact vehicle I was looking for that happened to be located on the complete opposite side of the country. It took a while for the car to get to the dealership but Grant was always in communication with me on the estimated time of arrival. When the vehicle was dropped off at the store, Grant stayed late to make sure I could pick it up right away. I really feel that Grant demonstrated fantastic customer service and I just wanted to share my experience with others. Thanks Grant for all of your hard work.
