I have been a customer of Chem-Dry for many years, as I have a household run by three dogs, and my carpet has served as a place of "target practice" for quite some time. Solomon has been the technician for my icky carpet for the past few years, and his kind and gentle demeanor, as well as his professionalism and attention to detail are greatly appreciated by me. And I love the fact that this is an all-natural cleaning method: I can come home and there are no fumes to deal with, and no worry about my dogs absorbing chemicals through their paws.
