Kam Appliances is a store to avoid. Everything about our experience with them has been the complete opposite of what they profess in their mission statement . Poor sales department, the worst service department I've ever encountered, and when you try to resolve the problem, they act like it's your fault. Unless you want dishonesty, unbelievably poor service, and to be treated like a criminal, I would avoid at all costs.
