SALES TEAM IS SKETCHY!!! STEER CLEAR!!!
We recently tried buying a new Lexus from Serramonte Lexus. Talk about an awful experience. They wasted hours of our time and when we thought we had a deal, they then went back on that and RAISED the price. Talk about bad business practices. A lot of arrogance and disrespect since they are the ""largest dealer in Northern California, blah blah"". If Steve is the sales manager on duty, you can save yourself some time by going somewhere else.
