I will never patronize this establishment again. I ordered an egg dish and my friend ordered oatmeal. I watched my dish sit on the shelf for almost 5 minutes. My pager went off as I was approaching to see what the problem was, and when I went to the counter, the staff person told me they were out of oatmeal. When I asked them for my $ back, they ""credited"" the gift card I used. I checked the balance at another establishment and the $ wasn't returned. They argued, but finally gave me cash. Next visit, I got the wrong omelette and my friend's dressing ordered on the side didn't come that way...it was mixed in and drenched the greens. This happened to her one more time before she decided to not go there again. On my last (and final) visit, I nervously watched the long-haired cook prepare my meal and lost my appetite while checking my food for hair. I also agree with another review, that staff people are aloof and seem bothered to have to wait on people.
