Farook has started to overcharge for holding parcels. I was charged $10.00 for a small 6 lbs. package that was held for only two days. He used to charge $5.00 to hold a box of this size. He told me he is charging $10.00 for most items these days unless they are very small even though the box was only 6 lbs.
