I have never experience such a bad level of customer service on all levels. When I joined Spectrum I was reluctant to sign a contract because I knew moving in October of last year. I informed Ely about my pending move and she agree to let me join the club without a contract and she had the general manage, Keenan approve it. Ely used to email me daily and call me all the time to get me to join. I am not sure if she forgot or what happended but seriously I have been receiving calls, emails from Rick in membership, collection type messages, emails and I was even told some disturbing racial remarks because now they are refusing to honor the original agreement. Just be very careful when you join and sign and they tell you that you will be okay and they are waiving the contract. I just got duped. I will be responsible for not reading and believing a commission hungry sales woman and the staff that just doesnt want to hear about my situation. more
