Audioworks

I have had extensive experience with AudioWorks. I have purchased probably 6 or 7 major pieces of electronics from them, including 3 or 4 flat screen televisions, 2 surround sound systems, 2 wireless remote controls for all of the components, and a number of other smaller PC-related items. Not only have I purchased the hardware from AudioWorks, they have also been involved in installing those systems in my house. They were fairly sophisticated systems. The folks there are always very friendly. They are also extremely professional and have a large knowledge base. I find myself calling around once a month with some kind of question related to the workings of the system, or something I think I may have done to change the control features. They are always willing to take time out to diagnose the situation remotely. If there is an issue they can't figure out over the phone, which rarely happens, they either come out or tell me to bring it in immediately. It is a very positive experience even after the sale.
