We hadn't changed window treatments for years, so we were due! I called the 1-800 scheduler and before we knew it a shop-at home expert arrived (right on schedule) to help us go through the extensive choices with us. She took measurements and placed the order and on the next work day let us know when the installer would be coming. The day of the installation someone called to tell us exactly what time the installer would arrive at our doorstep. He showed up as promised and very carefully and professionally replaced all of our old ugly shades with beautiful new blinds and honeycomb shades. We are thrilled! Don't hesitate - just do it!
