I ordered an overcoat for my husband for Christmas- cashmere and wool for $259- I should have known that for that price I wouldn't get any quality. It arrived in two days, with no paperwork inside, and the lining had threads hanging etc. It was supposed to be 44 Tall and it didn't even fit- the sleeves were short. I emailed as the site suggested to do for a return and got an email back a day later instructing me to write name address item and size requested and send it back. I called the contact # twice and left a message since the quality wasn't good, and the sizing didn't appear to accomodate my husband although there is a vast sizing chart on the website. No one called and no one emailed again, so I sent it back with a note (had to pay $25 to return it and sent it certified and insured) and got the return receipt card back with a signature, no printed name and no date on it! I called again today and actually got 'Johny' with an Indian accent who said he would refund the amount of the purchase within 3 business days. When I asked about the refund for shipping (which the website clearly states if the quality or item is not as it should be) , he said they don't do that. When I asked why no one had returned my two long distance calls on Dec 28, or responded to my request for a return authorization (also on the site) , he said ""I don't know"" and 'we don't do return authorizations'. When I mentioned the 100% guarantee on the website, he said he could only refund the purchase price and not the shipping (although the website states that they do. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, although they must do quite a business.
