Even though read all horrible reviews, gave company benefit of doubt. Low quotes and friendly cs at beginning lures you into trusting them but once something goes wrong...all hell breaks loose! They rely a lot of ""you signed it"" you ""agreed on it"" . No calls/emails answered after complaints are made. At pick up they rack you up with hidden charges for anything. They show up in trucks big enough to make you pay for ""long carry fee"" . Once items in their possession, its another story.
Would have rather payed $500 more and have a reputable company do my move. Never again...should have learned from others experiences. Most of good reviews here are posted by same company.
