The dealer contacted me about possible savings and an upgrade to a new vehicle over my current one, they did not pressure me in to buying a new car, they were very courteous and understanding. They were Very friendly and bent over backwards to ensure my comfort, they worked with me on the price and gave a fair value on my trade in and also a good price on my new car, they were also very knowledgable about the models available and their features and specifications. I literally had to do nothing other then sign the documents and present ID, they explained everything very clearly and simply so i could understand exactly what i was getting into.
