We had been in dire need of carpet cleaning since we have cats and tend to have lots of company over frequently. I had actually bought a deal on Groupon for the Steam Team, otherwise I don't think I would've taken the initiative to get the service. Needless to say, Shon came on time, was very quick, and did a wonderful job. Our carpet looks like brand new. I highly recommend the Steam Team and will definitely use them again soon!
