Ruben from The Steam Team just cleaned my carpets and I am very pleased. I was also impressed with the technician who cleaned my carpets in May. Ruben also added a teflon treatment for a very reasonable price and a complimentary bottle of stain remover. He offered other services but there was no hard sell. My 10 year old carpet looks as good as new. I will definately be using The Steam Team in the future.
