If you are looking to seriously get in shape this is the place to be. I go to the Los Feliz location and the trainer, Ricardo, is super knowledgeable and very motivating. I've been to many gyms in the past and they don't compare to this program. The fact that it's in Griffith Park is really great. We go on runs, hikes, do strength training with rubber bands, etc. We're working different muscles everyday. He knows how to get the most out of you, while still going at your own pace. I highly recommend it!
