The lower element in my oven lit up like the whole thing was on fire. I called these guys and they assured me that everything was going to be ok, my kitchen in fact wasn't going to burn down AND they had the replacement I needed in stock! I was able to go in on a Saturday, pick up the part and had my oven fixed quicker then I expected. I couldn't have asked for an easier transaction. They were friendly and helpful and I plan on returning for all my appliance parts needs!
