I took two pair of earrings to this shop for repair. One pair was missing a black swarovski crystal and one pair a rhinestone had fallen out. I left them there a week longer than the pick-up date that was given to me. To my dismay upon pick-up neither had been repaired. I waited in the shop and watched while he glued a stone into the pair that was missing the crystal. The other pair he brought out and said he did not have a matching stone. When I took the earring out into the light I noticed he put in a cheap blue stone instead of a black crystal. It was extremely noticeable. I went back in and asked for my money back and for him to remove the stone that he put in. He did this with no problems, but I could see he was just trying to take advantage. He said the stone he put in was a real sapphire.....what a crock. I would never go back in this store. It is a rip off. Take your repairs somewhere else. more
