We had gone looking for a used Grand Prix, found the one we wanted put $100 on it to hold it and set the day that we would be back to pick it up. It was only supposed to take a couple of weeks for us to get the money. As it ended up, we were not able to get our money until almost two months after the date that we had promised. But, as long as we stayed in contact with our salesman they continued to hold our car for us. So very pleased with there willingness to make the sale and the quality of the car that they sold us.
