I have done business with Turnpike motors on two previous occasions. I have recommended Turnpike numerous times to friends ho have had accidents. There was no reason to go elsewhere when my wife's Ford Windstar was rear ended. I was given an estimate of about three days. I agreed to using used parts to speed up the process. I was asked to leave my car the day the Travelers adjuster examined the van because they would need it to make sure the used tailgate would fit. The whole process took 6 working days, not counting the weekend. The reason I was told after three days was that there were several cars ahead of me. I can understand that, but I was not informed of this in the beginning. It was Christmas week and very busy for us. I would have delayed the repair until after Christmas if informed. On the plus side, the tailgate was repaired perfectly and looks great.
