well i tryed to book an apt with this salon but the front desk left me on hold for so long, and then when i called back her attitude was like she was to buzy to schedule me and like it was such a hassle to her, so i called back and cancelled.... no matter if the service would have been great... the phone call experience ruined it me. They need to look in to getting new people for their desk.
