The front desk needs to be more kind....and know their customers(regulars) better. There was some confusion as to whether or not I could be seen, since my appt. had been cancelled due to weather for 9am, and I did not get the message. My stylist Erin stepped in and worked me in without a question or hesitation....YEAH Erin!! I will keep coming in, and appreciate Erin soooo much!! Ladies up front.....work on your customer skills.please....
