Since B&H return policy doesn't cover shipment of items being returned, I walked to the Customer Service office from work at lunch time for 20 mins in the freezing cold. It was precisely 12:59pm when I was standing behind the glass door knocking on it and looking at the representatives and 1 last customer. They didn't bother to even look at me - needless to say they did NOT open the door. As it turned out, they close at 1pm on Fridays. I respect religious traditions, but 1). The customer care representative who I talked on the phone and asked if I could make my return at the store did NOT mention anything about short day schedule on Fridays! 2). It was 12:59! 3). A seller THIS big located in the busy NYC should have a standard business schedule to avoid 'surprises' to its valued (?) customers! 4). B&H prices and return policy are NOT that great to treat customers like that! It was so cold outside they could've let 1 last customer in before they close. It was NOT past 1pm yet! I doubt I will ever shop at B&H again. more
