I moved to Washington from Chicago about a year ago and searched and searched and SEARCHED for a great waxing specialist...I found Lucy and couldn't be more satisfied! She takes her time with my eyebrows, which says alot because mine tend to be unruly :) But since going to Lucy, they're shaped perfectly and look great. I wouldn't go to anyone but Lucy!!
