This is the second time I've gone with Whipple Services. Once about 8 months ago for plumbing, and again this last Friday for heating. Both times they came right on time. Their service was so good. They always tell you the cost before they start so you know what your getting into. When they came last Friday, the heating man even talked to my husband over the phone to assure that we would all be satisfied with the price (their policy is 100% satisfied or you don't have to pay). These guys really know what they are doing. They've never ceased to impress, and so far I'm 100% satisfied with all of the business I've done with them!
