I came home from work to find it 58 degrees in the house. When i looked at the furnace, i had an error code of 13 (Carrier Unit). I called Basset and spoke with Mike; he walked me through a manual reset procedure that worked like a charm.

I will definitely use Basset for any of my HVAC needs.
