Jason Stewart as owner of JD Stewart construction have been one of the largest disapointments ever. We contracted to have a home built in 2009 , put a down payment of $10K in May , ground was not even broke till Aug of 09 - we have tried to work with JD Construction and all of their excuesses. One lie after the next .We have paid for a septic that was never installed , paid for electrical that was done unsafe, never seen anything from the last draw of $8K that they recived. We have fired them back in fall of 2010 and our new builder has found and had to repair so many issues with structuial , electrical that could have caused a fire and now needing window replacment because of the building materials being left out in the weather , snow ans ice for months. He wont return calls. I have so found others that have been robed of there retirement money and been delivred no more then a retaining wall . Please save yourself of a heart break and saty clear or anything that Jason Stewart has anything to do with .
