I called in TWICE to check the remaining balance on the gift card. (each time telling them the card number 2 times) They told me "SURE you have plenty left on your card come on by". Okay, then I made an appointment. (otherwise I would never be afford to spend the outrageous price for 1.5 - hour massage!!) After the massage, they told me I OWED $140.00 because there was nothing left on the gift card that I confirmed the balance TWICE. Talked to a Manager: Shannon Fitzmeyer had to be the most IMPOLITE Manager. She said and I quote: "We usually recommend people to call their lawyers" Good idea as this has to be illegal and yes I am seeking counsel over this. The owner Joe Connell should be ashamed. more
