I just called to book an appointment and I am dreading my massage. The woman said I would have to park all the way over at the St. Regis and valet and that I would have to bring cash for a tip. What kind of hell hole is this? Then, I read the reviews. I got a gift certificate to here but I'm going to call and cancel my appt. and go pay full price somewhere else. YUCK!
