I agree with Disappointed. I've had difficulty finding a hair stylest since moving here from California. My first visit to this salon was less than stellar..I discovered halfway through my appt that the person cutting my hair was NOT the person I made the appt with. I was never notified of the change. On my next visit,while I was driving the 30 minutes to get there, the receptionist called my home asking me if I had remembered my 2PM appt as it was now 2:15 and I wasn't there. My husband told her yes I was indeed coming in. Problem was my appt card was for 2:30 PM. They had marked the appt as 2PM on the computer, but my card 2:30PM. My last visit was the third strike. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 2PM appt. I, too, was offered something to drink and was told it would be about 10 min for my appt. Then the time passed and by 2:15 she still wasn't ready. I wasn't sure she was even there but then, at last, I discovered she was in the spa treatment room. By 2:17 I was in my car going home. Let's see, that was one hour of driving time and 27 min of waiting time. I have yet to receive an apology. All my appts, as with Disappointed, were with the owner. The staff seem friendly but that only goes so far.
