I have a high chimney and in order to be sure, I asked the representative if she needed a description while I was setting up the appointment. She assured me that the "technicians" traveled with everything they needed. Sure enough, after waiting 3 hours, the technician showed up without a 40 foot ladder. I usually only use companies that are referred to me by friends for this type of work, but I received a mailing with a coupon for Safeside and figured I would give them a try. 3 wasted hours later, I am reminded of why I dont use companies like this. Hope this saves you some frustration.
