Rarely do I ever express enthusiasm for a car dealership because well, c'mon let's face it, usually dealerships are a pain in the ass to deal with. Magic Toyota, however, has far exceeded my expectations. The first time I went there was for my Corolla complimentary oil change. The Service Department was quick and efficient and finished my car in the time frame promised. Granted, getting a routine oil change isn't much of a test as to how good or bad a dealership can be with regard to customer service, but it was my first impression and I was impressed. My second visit was the true test. Someone had smashed my driver's side window and stole some items in my car. I took my car to the Service Department and spoke to King Lee. He was polite, informative and reassuring. Because of him, everything went smoothly. He submitted the repair estimate to my insurance company and made sure not to order the parts until they ok'd the estimate so that I wouldn't be stuck with the bill. Whenever I calle
