I have always had good experiences with this gym. I worked with a Certified personal trainer for a while and the entire time he was very professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions very scientifically and helped explain a lot of things that I didn't understand. Even when I had a problem they were really great about helping me with it right away. i had a tanning account that didn't get the cancel processed correctly by the billing company and billed me an extra month. I just brought my copy of the cancellation back to them and they took care of my refund right away and got it all taken care of for me. It was really easy and they were super nice about it.
