Ray's was personal when we bought the Bosch washer but after they installed it, we needed a plumber to come out and redo what they did. Also, after a year and 4 months, the wire came off the rubber that was holding it in on the door. I called Ray's and they said there was nothing they could do about it and just gave me a phone number to a local authorized Bosch dealer. I had to ask them for the customer service number for Bosch.
