I bought a set of rims from Les Schwab, did the alignment and maintenance that is needed, within 2 months of getting an alignment done at Les Schwab my tire blew due to the car being unaligned. I bought a new tire and was told that Les Schwab would reimburse me for the tire since it was their fault that it blew. I now went in to get a new rim for it and after being told that it would be in and fixed within 3-5 days it still inst here 9 days later and it won't be in for another 3-4 days. That will bring me to a 12-13 days total of waiting for a rim. I asked to speak with the manager and was told that I will receive a call back as soon as he was done with a customer. That was this morning and now it is almost their closing time and the manager still hasn't got back to me. Ridiculous! I will never return to Les Schwab again!
