My main problem when I came in was pain in my left shoulder and arm and pain in the left side of my lower back. I couldn?t sleep on my left side. Walking was no fun because my back ached. I tried heat and ice and Tylenol but the pain always came back. ?Untwisting? my pelvis made a world of difference in my lower back. The adjustments in my upper back relieved my shoulder. The exercises have helped keep everything where it?s supposed to be. I?m feeling stronger and less down in the dumps. The pain really got to me. I feel like the doctor and staff really heard what I said about my pain and worked to relieve it. I?m very pleased.
